Tim takes this plan and then communicates, and strategizes, with his clients’ other advisors (including your CPA and Attorney). This will provide coordination between all the advisors and to promote continuity in the financial plan. - He will also provide customized quarterly reports that summarize the balances of all your investments (from different custodians) as well as your portfolio’s performance over time. Periodically, it is important to re-evaluate funds in your plan and when changes should be made.

Kim works closely with Tim Parros and the team, to help clients to achieve their financial objectives while employing investment strategies that are consistent and understandable. Kim prides herself on delivering excellent customer service and assists our clients with coordinating and facilitating financial client services. She also assists clients with a variety of account services such as establishment of new accounts, transfers, 401(k) rollovers, beneficiary changes, RMD and cash withdrawals, and tax return preparation
Kim also assists in the management of the operations of Parros Financial Group, including marketing & promotion, establishing financial policies & procedures, financial controls, and reporting systems. She has years of experience in selling and promoting life insurance and annuity sales and specializes in financial products for Women in Business.
Kim graduated with honors from Ferris State University and since her graduation has lived in Sydney, Australia, and London, England. She has been published in several journals and has presented her work at international conferences. Kim, like the rest of the team, enjoys helping our clients achieve their financial goals. Kim is also experienced in QuickBooks and advises many small business on implementing the program and its use.

Lisa Schmidt is an integral part of the Parros Financial Group team and her role is to implement our proprietary college software to provide personalized college services help answer the two biggest questions that parents have about college: Where might our child be able to get into college and get also received financial aid (merit aid)? Then Timothy Parros answers the question, “What is our best strategy to pay for college and save for retirement?”
Lisa is a licensed counselor through the state of Michigan and is a national board certified counselor. She has a bachelor’s degree in secondary education, and a master’s degree in school counseling. She is a member of The Michigan Association for College Admission Counseling and The Michigan Counseling Association. Her experience in both college admissions and college counselling provide her clients with tools to succeed beyond the application process.

Eli is an integral part of the Parros team and provides service as a financial assistant to Tim Parros while supporting the entire team. Eli’s reputation is one of integrity, reliability, and service. Parros Financial Group has a philosophy of adhering to the highest ethical standards and building long-term client relationships based on mutual trust and respect. Eli is an essential addition to this approach.
Eli’s drive for continuous improvement makes him an asset in assisting Tim to create robust financial plans for the group’s financial clients. In addition to helping with account services and technologies that are used regularly for client account maintenance, Eli also works with the Parros team to design Financial Plans to ensure that they are clear and understandable.
Eli attends Eastern Michigan University and expects to graduate in 2021 with his bachelor’s degree in Business. He enjoys fitness and nutrition and applying minimalist values to them. Eli’s priority is maintaining a relationship with his family, friends, and Christ. He spends his free time reading and studying the Bible with theological literature. He plans to implement his knowledge of finance and client relations into the Church to help change the community for the better.
